“There are some days you never forget.
For me, July 30, 2026, was exactly that kind of day.
Only a few flights after switching to my new Ozone Vibe GT XS, I took off from the Emberger Alm, without realizing that this day would become one of the most beautiful and memorable days of my paragliding career so far.
After 4 hours and 28 minutes, I landed, having logged an 83.16 km FAI triangle in my flight book. For an experienced cross-country pilot, that might just be a good flight. For me, after just two years of paragliding and flying a Mid-B wing, it was a very special personal milestone.
This flight showed me once again that with the Vibe GT, I’ve found the perfect wing for my progression as a pilot”
Huge congratulations Jana Brieger for this amazing flight. Here’s to many more unforgettable days under your Vibe GT!

Tilen Ceglar and Anna Berger win 18th FAI European Paragliding Championship 2026
The 18th FAI European Paragliding Championship concluded in Krushevo, North Macedonia, on August 19 after nine high-speed tasks across the valley between Krushevo and Prilep. With task routes ranging from 68 to 105 km, 130 pilots encountered strong thermal activity and fast final glides, making it one of the fastest continental championships on record.
Slovenian pilot Tilen Ceglar took the overall European Champion title flying the Ozone Enzo 3 and Submarine harness combo. Demonstrating remarkable consistency, Ceglar finished in the top three across five tasks to win by 13.5 points ahead of Switzerland’s Roger Aeschbacher in second, also flying an Enzo 3 and Submarine, and Spain’s Alvaro Romero Camacho in third.
Emphasising a disciplined mindset amidst intense gaggle flying, Ceglar noted that pilots should focus on their performance and fly in a way that they can be proud of every single day. His strong individual showing also helped power Team Slovenia to gold in the Nations category, ahead of North Macedonia in second and Spain in third.
In the Women’s class, local pilot Anna Berger secured the gold medal flying the Ozone Enzo 3 and Submarine harness. Managing demanding physical conditions and tactical line choices throughout the nine tasks, Berger explained that “consistency was the main element of my success” as she focused on controlled thermalling and risk management. Germany’s Elisa Deutschmann, who won 6 out of 9 tasks, took the silver medal and Italy’s Silvia Buzzi Ferraris claimed bronze, both flying the Enzo 3.

“9 hours and 52 minuets, 200 miles flying through the mountains of Utah. Every spring I still wonder if I have what it takes to fly all day, in big conditions. The drive, mental endurance, knowledge and skill are all things that I worry will fade. I’m happy to say that a big day out is still totally enthralling for me.
When Utah delivers it’s amazing!”
