So it's been a while - but I've been doing some long hard thinking these last couple of months and the time has come to really be clear.
I've decided to pivot the focus on my April 2027 'retreat'. I see yoga and wellbeing retreats all the time - the language is woolley, all aimed at stressed, tired women who just need a break. I feel it's the world that is pretty broken at the moment, especially for midlife women, so I'm going back to my roots and something I'm really passionate about....midlife women's health. And not in a 'take a break' kind of way - but much deeper than that - science, data, expertise that really shifts the needle.
Midlife is a time - some would say the only time to take a good long hard look at one's self - your body, your health, and what is happening in perimenopause - it's a window of opportunity that only comes around once. This is not a time to just start ‘managing symptoms’. It's about midlife health, longevity, performance and quality of life. And doing that crucially at the right time to give yourself every chance of success: A better healthier future you as you transition into midlife. Now is your time!
