Seems like 2 is our favorite number this weekend. Ruslan, Luke, Dmitriy and Rick finished second in the second Split of the VRS Endurance series 24h of Le Mans. A solid performance on track helped to seal the podium place even against many ups and downs during the race.

As there is no official 24h of Le Mans this year, we had to look for an replacement. 24h of Le Mans is just about to start. Our Fuga Dallara P217 is starting in the second Split.

P5 in our class and P11 overall for us in the Top Split of the 2021 24h of Nürburgring powered by !
There is reason why the Nürburgring is called the . Eric, Tahj, Maik and Jan had the pace to finish within the podium places. Unfortunately a crash in the last quarter of the race threw us back 3 laps. Considering that it was our first race in the top split of an iRacing special Event, we are still very happy about that result andere us hungry for more!

Job done ✅
After a thrilling race over the whole 24 hours, our #33 Fuga Audi R18 and our #191 Fuga BMW M8 GTE took the ISRC crowns in both their classes last weekend!
Even though #33 had to retire after an incident with another GTE team, Patrick, Marius and Rick were able to secure the title, because their closest competitor in the title race also did not see the checkered flag. A bit more difficult was it for our #191. They consequently led for the whole race, but had to hope for their closest competitors in the championship race to not finish higher then P3 and P4. In the end everything came together and Maik, Tahj and Jan won the championship by an incredible close margin of half a point. Less luck had our #90 LMP2 team. They were comfortably in P3, when they couldn’t avoid another GTE, who rejoined the track unsafely at the exit of Arnage. Nevertheless Mads, Ruslan, Luke and Alex came home in a strong 5. place.
Next weekend, next challenge!
After sealing the championship in VEC last weekend, our target this weekend is to do exactly the same in the ISRC season finale at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Our #33 Audi R18 is leading the championship in their class by 7 Points in front of Backmarker Racing. For our #191 BMW M8 the challenge will be at bit more difficult as they have to win the race, while DC Orange and Hashtag Racing have to finish not higher as P4 and P3. The fight will be tight!
