I have had a crazy last 7 months in London!
I have been super busy over the last few months creating an awesome Promotional dance company! The aim is to be the top Pro Cheerleading team in the UK and Europe! The Best 3 days ever!! With the most amazing inspirational people

I am the only New Zealander at the European Zumba convention it is phenomenal! I did ZUMBA for 7 hours straight today! This picture is from the African workout class! It was my faveourite we got to learn awesome

ZUMBA AT MONKEY BAR DUNEDIN Starts on Tuesday with Matt and Nadia!! The class is 6.30pm to 7.30pm! Get along there they are both amazing instructors :) Bring all your friends it is a free class as it is the 1st class for the year! Zumba Love :) # # #

Taught two awesome Zumba Fitness classes before 11.00am this morning in Queenstown! So much fun and definitely helped burn off all the chocolate I ate yesterday ;-)! I am in Dunedin, New Zealand tomorrow for an Aqua fitness work shop and will be talking to a few Zumba instructors about them taking over my Alhambra & Monkey bar classes!!! competed in a 10km trail run race today! Ended up coming in 3rd. It has given me heaps of motivation to get fitter so I can win the next race I do! Man I miss all my Dunedin Zumba classes though! Had heaps of fast zumba songs playing through my ipod when I was running! Hope everyone is having a good summer and keeping fit :-)
