🧤 Individual Training: This is where we deconstruct the footwork, perfect the hand shape and fix those little errors that happen in a split second! No distractions, just lots of touches and repetitions.

🧤Group Training: This is the battlefield! It helps you focus on the decision making and the communication, it's about reading the game and dealing with the
chaos on the pitch. You can’t simulate these actions with individual sessions.

Team training makes you a team player BUT personalised 1-to-1 coaching makes you a standout!

While team sessions are vital for learning tactics and team spirit, it’s easy for individual technical flaws to get lost in a large group of players. 1-on-1 coaching provides the "micro-lens" needed to:

✅ Fix Mechanics: Perfecting that ball strike or body position.

✅ High Repetition: 500 touches in an hour vs. 50 in a group session.

✅ Confidence: A safe space to fail, learn and master new skills.
