It’s race day! The first day of Paralympic and Olympic trials in Hastings begins now. My main event is up first aiming to qualify for Paris in the men’s 100 Backstroke this morning at 10:20am NZT. Live stream link in bio

While most of NZ will be up to watch the ABs smash the springboks this morning, my partner Grace has just started her first Marathon after only 6 months of running!
This may seem crazy but she is trying to raise as much money and awareness for Parkinson’s disease research as possible!

Just wrapped up my final session in Mallorca, before heading to Birmingham tomorrow and into the village. Feeling good, can't wait to start racing!
