🌿 A little update about this page 🌿

When I first created this space, it was dedicated only to yoga. Sharing practices, reflections and invitations to events. Yoga is still at the heart of what I do, and I will continue to share about mantra, meditation, and retreats here.

Over time, my path has also expanded. I now support wellness entrepreneurs and conscious solopreneurs with mindful social media, helping them grow their online presence with authenticity, without stress or “performing.”

✨ From now on, this page will bring both sides of my work together:

Yoga, mantra, and meditation practices that cultivate balance and connection.

Mindful social media reflections and tips for those who want to communicate with more clarity and integrity online.

For me, these two paths are deeply connected: both are about living and communicating with respect, awareness, and authenticity.

Yoga teaches us union, and I want this page to reflect the same: all of me, in one place.

Hello, I'm Sara and I want to share what yoga means to me.
For me, yoga is about presence, not poses. It's about breathing, not bending.
It's about finding peace in your own body, exactly as it is right now.
It's about integrating the principles of yoga philosophy every day, with everyone.
I've been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 6, and I'm passionate about the traditional approach the philosophy, the breath, the inner work that happens when we simply show up.
Because yoga was never meant to be perfect. It was meant to be practiced.
You don't need to touch your toes.
You don't need designer leggings.
You don't need to stand on your head or look beautiful while you breathe.
You just need to show up.
I teach traditional yoga and apply to modern life. I create practical mantra meditations for real people living real lives. I co-organize movement retreats for women who need to reconnect with their bodies through gentleness, not gymnastics. Zefiro Retreats
My harmonium doesn't sound perfect through a microphone, and my poses aren't Instagram-worthy. But my practice is authentic. And that's what I'm here to share with you.

🇮🇹🌬️ Rilassati con questo esercizio semplice e rigenerante! 🌿1️⃣ Inspira dal naso e solleva delicatamente le spalle, poi rilasciale espirando dalla bocca. Ripeti 2-3 volte.2️⃣ Appoggia la mano vicino a te e fletti il busto verso destra, lasciando la testa rilassata.3️⃣ Ruota la testa lentamente verso il basso per guardare il pavimento, poi torna al centro e ripeti dall’altra parte.✨ Respira profondamente, porta l’attenzione alle sensazioni del corpo e concediti questo momento di calma.💾 Salva questo video per provarlo più t**di e facci sapere come ti senti nei commenti!  🇫🇷 🌬️ Détendez-vous avec cet exercice simple et régénérant ! 🌿1️⃣ Inspirez par le nez et levez doucement les épaules, puis relâchez-les en expirant par la bouche. Répétez 2-3 fois.2️⃣ Posez la main près de vous et inclinez le buste vers la droite, en laissant la tête détendue.3️⃣ Tournez lentement la tête vers le bas pour regarder le sol, puis revenez au centre et répétez de l’autre côté.✨ Respirez profondément, portez votre attention sur les sensations corporelles et offrez-vous ce moment de calme.💾 Enregistrez cette vidéo pour l’essayer plus t**d et dites-nous en commentaire comment vous vous sentez ! 🇬🇧 🌬️ Relax with this simple and refreshing exercise! 🌿1️⃣ Inhale through your nose and gently lift your shoulders, then release them as you exhale through your mouth.
