The team were out in force at Spartan Midlands x British Champs weekend a few weeks ago and we had so many successful performances! 💪🏼

We’ve still got two Spartan weekends left to go this year - it’s not too late to join us in training for those goals! 🤩

As well as Spartan, the gang venture to other OCRs both in the UK & Internationally. A whole host of the team will be down at Rood Rampage this weekend. Will we see you there? 💃🏼

HYROX GROUP TRAINING PLAN!

Lots of our athletes have been loving adding some Hyrox races to their calendar and we have been helping them adapt our OCR training plan with great success. We’ve seen improved times, podiums, and so many gains so we’ve decided it’s time to bring a Team Grit Hyrox training plan for those who really want to focus on this event!

We’re keeping it the same price as our OCR plan so it’s a bargain at £25 a month because we want everyone to have access to a quality training plan, not just those who can afford 1:1 coaching.

You grow the most just outside of your comfort zone!

A CrossFit style competition is not standard for any of our athletes, but the chance to take part in a team competition with 4 workouts across the day was a great opportunity to try something different.

So far both teams have smashed their first workouts and now it’s time to catch up and rest before the next one. 🎉
