Focus, steady, and moving with intention. Training isn’t about chasing extremes, it’s about consistent effort, awareness, and enjoying the journey.
When Seema first reached out😍, she was a complete beginner to triathlon — living in London, about to move to San Francisco, and dreaming of completing her first 70.3. She chose Oregon 70.3 as her goal race and started her journey with determination, but also plenty of unknowns.
The path wasn’t easy. Between multiple trips to India to care for family, learning to ride confidently on the road, and rebuilding her fitness carefully to avoid past training mistakes, progress came with real challenges. But Seema stayed consistent, patient, and committed.
On race day, everything came together.💪😎
