Power Yoga in Nice

It's time to say goodbye, farewell as a Yoga teacher. This was not an easy decision.

I am grateful and humble having had 20 years of teaching yoga in this beautiful location and meeting like minded people from all over the world. Many of you have become much more than a yoga student, friendship has formed and great connections between people will last forever.

Some of you know, I have been dealing with back issues for a long time. For the last months my back problem has been out of control, pain has been severe for the last 5 months. I am on a serious journey to find a treatment/Dr. and healing which actually works.

I am doing everything I can do, everything which does not add weight on my spine, swimming, and biking has helped. Light Yoga, Meditation, nutrition and etc. will be playing a big role on my journey to healing.

My manta today is: ALIGNMENT, CHANGE, PURPOSE, SELF-CARE

My dearest yoga class, sadly no lesson tomorrow. l have had to close up sooner than l intended. I am still dealing with my back issues, taking one tiny step at a time now. I wish you a fabulous summer, and once again we are reminded of how we can only control our own reaction to every situation 😍❤️🙏😘 Love and light 🙏

Salut, sadly, l have to cancel yoga tomorrow and not because of possible rain, rather my back pain is so severe. I have to have total rest and X-ray on Tuesday. Hopefully l will be good to go for next Thursday lesson.. have a good weekend 🙏🍀🧘‍♀️
