Beyond the Strike Seminar brought together an incredible community from almost 30 countries, provinces, and states. Thank you to the dedicated group of participants. ❤️
A very important element of strikes has been mastered – elimination of the fear of being hit. The setting was absolutely calm and positive. The participants practiced moving naturally, taking strikes in a relaxed way, calibrating the impact as needed, and integrating the healing element of strikes. 👊
