🇪🇷🚴‍♂️ BINIAM GIRMAY GREEN JERSEY WATCH – WHERE CAN HE SCORE TODAY? 💚

Today’s stage is important for Biniam because there are two big places where he can collect points:

1️⃣ Intermediate Sprint – Decize, KM 45.8

This is the first big target of the day.
Biniam needs to be well positioned here because intermediate sprint points can be very important in the green jersey battle.

Even if he does not win the stage, collecting points here keeps him alive in the fight.

2️⃣ Finish Line – Chalon-sur-Saône, KM 179.1

The stage has some small climbs, but it is not a big mountain stage. If the peloton controls the breakaway, this can still end in a sprint finish.

That means Biniam must:

✅ stay safe in the peloton
✅ save energy after the intermediate sprint
✅ survive the small climbs
✅ stay near the front in the final kilometres
✅ fight for maximum points at the finish

The late climb, Côte de Montagny-lès-Buxy, can make the final harder. This may be good for Biniam because he is not only fast — he is also strong on harder sprint stages.

Eritrean, African, and all Biniam Girmay supporters — the Tour de France is still early, and the green jersey fight is now getting serious.

Today’s stage is not an easy pure sprint stage. Stage 4 from Carcassonne to Foix is a hilly stage, so we may see breakaways, attacks, and a reduced group finish. For Biniam, today is more about staying safe, saving energy when possible, and taking any sprint points if the opportunity comes.

But the big chances for Biniam are coming soon:

🚴‍♂️ Stage 5: Lannemezan → Pau
A flat stage and one of the first big opportunities for the sprinters. Biniam needs to fight for finish points here.

🚴‍♂️ Stage 7: Hagetmau → Bordeaux
Another flat stage — very important for green jersey points and possibly a stage win.

🚴‍♂️ Stage 8: Périgueux → Bergerac
A strong chance for fast finishers. This can be a very important day for Biniam.
