This Tuesday’s 12:30 class will be co-taught by Sonia & Connor in support of animals affected by the wildfires.

There will be a donation box at the studio for anyone who would like to contribute beyond the class. If you’d like to donate, please remember to bring cash.

All extra donations will go to a local NGO helping animals affected by the wildfires. ❤️🐾

In a series of two workshops, Kiki Flynn returns to Jivamukti Yoga Paris for a deep dive into the physical and spiritual practices of Ashtanga Yoga with kiki_says

🤍Wednesday 8 July, 6:30-8:30PM
In this movement-based workshop, Kiki will move you through the subtle body - sūkṣma śarīra - the landscape of yoga transformation.
🤍Thursday 9 July, 6:30-8:30PM
This session will be a discussion based on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, also known as Ashtanga Yoga - the foundation and source for Yoga wisdom.

Kiki has taught Ashtanga Yoga, Sanskrit chanting, and wellness workshops throughout the world.

You can attend both or just one workshop.
Price: 25€ for one or 40€ for both.
