A breath-led contemporary approach to classical yoga sequences focused on balance, clarity and nervous system regulation. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga & Strength | 5 PM ** Available on live stream
A dynamic practice combining yoga with classical Indian physical exercise: endurance work, push-ups, squats and core strengthening. Adaptations offered throughout the class. Previous movement or yoga experience recommended.
