Petit rappel que Gabi & Nando Summer Events - Acro Workshop c'est aujourd'hui, de 18:30 à 20:30 aux Tuileries.

On a préparé un flow rien que pour vous avec une belle entrée, une série de mouvements à couper le souffle, deux inversions et une sortie encore plus belle que l'entrée.

Tous nos workshops contiennent des mobilisations des articulations, un echauffement dirigé et ciblé pour le flow, un jeu collectif et la démonstration du flow découpée en étapes avec les indications de la base, du fly et du spotter.
