Weekend mode: ON 🇫🇷
Working, good music, and enjoying the beauty of Paris — balance at its best.
And remember… you’re not a towel.
You’re made to move 😉

If you move more on your days off or during holidays…
Do you really need more training days — or just more time off?

There’s a discount coupon hidden in this post — can you find it? 🧐

🚨 Not everyone should run at the same speed — and that’s exactly the point.
Speed is not just about running fast — it’s about running with purpose.
When I work with my clients, I don’t choose speeds randomly. Every pace is based on two key factors:
✔️ What their body can currently handle
✔️ What their goal requires
For example, a football player is constantly exposed to high-speed actions — often reaching 25–32 km/h during sprints in a match. If I have access to their GPS or other data, I can clearly see how much high-speed running they’ve already accumulated during the week.
👉 If their load is high, we adjust.
👉 If they’ve had less exposure (for example, fewer training sessions or a lighter week), we can safely push intensity.
This is where monitoring training happens — not just adding speed, but balancing it.
The same principle applies to all sports:
• Tennis 🎾 → repeated short accelerations
• Handball 🤾 → explosive transitions
• General fitness 🏃‍♀️ → building capacity step by step

Speed training is not about exhaustion. It’s about precision, timing, and progression.

NEVER DO THAT “SOFA SQUAT” AFTER WORK ❌
You know the one…
You come home tired
You sit down “just for 5 minutes”
And suddenly…
👉 the workout is gone
It’s not because you’re lazy.
It’s because you broke your momentum.
Your body switches OFF.
Your brain looks for comfort.
And the gym becomes 10x harder.
Around 3.2 to 5 million people die every year due to physical inactivity (sedentary lifestyle)
That’s one of the top 4 causes of death worldwide
People who are inactive have a 20–30% higher risk of dying earlier
👉 In simple terms:
Millions of people don’t die because of hard training…
They die because they stop moving.

What to do instead:
✔ Go straight to training
✔ Or change clothes immediately

If this is you… save this and try it tomorrow 👊

The foundation of successful coaching lies in the strength of the relationship between a coach and an athlete or client. When both parties engage in open communication, it creates a powerful synergy that elevates performance and fosters growth. People thrive when they feel supported and understood, and that starts with a coach who listens and encourages dialogue.

By establishing an environment where individuals can share their thoughts, feelings, and challenges, coaches can gain valuable insights into their training experience. This open exchange not only builds trust but also allows for tailored feedback that meets the unique needs of each person. When people know their voices are heard, they are more likely to stay motivated, push their boundaries, and achieve their goals.

Additionally, regular communication helps to identify any obstacles or mental blocks that may hinder progress. Coaches can provide the necessary support and strategies to overcome these challenges, which ultimately leads to a more resilient and confident individual.

It’s about building a process that people can trust, sustain, and grow with over time.

💡82 days of the year are already gone.
Let me ask you something:
How many workouts have you done so far?
5?
10?
None?

Time to wake up!
You just need to start.
Your body is still waiting.

MOVE!

🚨 Plot twist: The massage therapist needs a massage.

So here I am… lying on the table… waiting for someone to show up and fix my back.
Still waiting.
Still waiting…
Yeah… it’s not looking good. 😅

Being a personal trainer and massage therapist means I spend most of my time helping other people move better, feel better, and recover. But the truth is: even the people who help others need help sometimes.

We all need moments to slow down, take care of our bodies, and recharge.

So if you’re someone who’s always helping everyone else…
don’t forget to take care of yourself too. 🙌

“The muscle that needs a massage the most right now is…

Does training really boost your immune system in winter or can it actually weaken it? ❄️
The answer isn’t that simple.

Swipe through to understand what science says about intensity, recovery, and the “open window” effect.
Balance isn’t optional. It’s strategy.

You can build muscle.
But without a well-functioning nervous system… there is no real performance.
Strength isn’t just about size: it’s about command, coordination, and recovery.

Read until the end and understand why training starts in the brain. 🧠💪

Cold outside. Busy inside.
Excuses get louder this time of year.

Solution? Make it simple:
Move daily. Train briefly. Stay consistent.

You don’t need more time, you need a higher priority level for yourself.
Take care of your body = protect your future.

Start today. Not when the schedule “opens.”
Not when your health is already crying for help.
