CHANTING CIRCLE — BHAKTI BLISS
Sophia L. Mann

Bhakti Bliss is a guided chanting circle — an immersive, meditative and joyful experience.

Through breath, voice exploration and chanting, the practice opens a space to quiet the mind and return to presence.
Live acoustic instruments (guitar, harmonium, crystal singing bowls and chimes) and subtle sound textures create a rich, immersive soundscape that deepens the experience.

The session closes with a sound bath, offering space for deep relaxation and integration.

No prior experience is needed.
You are welcome to sing along, or simply be carried by the music.

Born a couple of years ago, Bhakti Bliss is now shared at Rasa for the first time.
An invitation to connect, to feel, and to let the voice — or simply the music — become a pathway inward and beyond.

Practicing vinyasa regularly but still unsure if you’re breathing correctly, moving safely—or even wondering what the deeper aim of a yoga practice is?

This experiential workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the foundations of vinyasa, so your practice can feel more grounded, conscious, sustainable, and uplifting.
We will explore the five essential elements of Vinyasa Krama—the principles that support a mindful and embodied practice:

• Breath (Ujjayi) – learning how breath guides movement and awareness

• Bandha (Mula Bandha) – cultivating subtle internal support and stability

• Drishti (Gaze) – using focus to enhance balance and presence

• Conscious Movement – linking breath and movement with clarity

• Intention – reconnecting to yoga as union and inner awareness

Through a balance of theory and guided practice, we will explore these elements through variations of different Sun Salutations. By slowing down and repeating familiar movements, we create space to refine technique.

Our workshops are non-refundable.

YOGA FUNDRAISER FOR IRAN

Join us for a heart-centered offering of movement, meditation, and solidarity as we gather for a Yoga Fundraiser for Iran.
In response to the devastating massacres and escalating violence that have claimed
thousands of lives across Iran since December 28, we are opening our mats to honor the fallen and support those still fighting for their basic human rights.

Our practice will serve as a collective
prayer to amplify the voices of the Iranian people.

All proceeds from this donation-based class will go directly toward humanitarian aid and human rights advocacy for the victims and their families. Let us breathe together, stand together, and transform our collective grief into a powerful force for hope and justice.
