Un stage d’entraînement avec les adhérents de la Fondation Francis Ngannou… et croyez-moi, il y a eu plus de sueur que de sourires ! 🥊😅 On a travaillé dur pour perfectionner les bases techniques et préparer ces futurs champions pour leurs compétitions. Certains voulaient fuir à la pause, mais bon… un champion ne se construit pas sur un canapé, n’est-ce pas ? 😉💪 Prochaine étape : la gloire ! 🔥👊

Some wanted to run away during the break, but hey… champions aren’t made on couches, right? 😉💪 Next stop: greatness! 🔥👊
