Yesterday, I was feeling the chaotic frantic energy in the collective ❤️‍🔥🔥

I fully believe in breakdown to breakthrough has to happen for a rebirth and revolution to take place.

I got messages from family asking if my boys and are well in France due to the riots that got violent. And I think that’s was the energy I was picking up on.

FRANTIC. CHAOTIC. DESPERATE.

I took a plane to Corsica yesterday ✈️ landed in the lap of luxury.

I felt the shift driving up to the villa. The landscape here🌳🌊 and I woke up and felt it…

PEACE. TRANQUILITY. PROSPERITY.

As if by magic? It is magic. But it’s also the power of choice.

Because the decision to come to Casa Nerea and create this event for feminine founders, creatives and artists, at this time, was a decision. ⚡️

What a love about luxury villas is the awareness of the elements it takes to create the feeling of serenity and abundance.

Because the opposite where I settled, stayed and played within my means, let my bank account and outward circumstances dictate what I can and cannot do is not the vibe.

I lived 35 years thinking everyone new better than me, were smarter and more capable than me.

Sure I had desires, dreams but I waited for things to happen.

I waited for Prince Charming instead of manifesting him.

I waited for a coach to help me solve my problems with my business “not working”.

I waited for the healers to make all my blocks and Shazam every bad juju on me to go away and to give me the ability to attract prosperity 🤣

Okay I can’t help it that last one makes me laugh…

And if I’m F*cking honest with you and myself, pedastaling coaches and putting other people on top of my worthiness because to me they looked like they had it together or were more successful only really stopped like 2-3 years ago.

And with my clients and mentees I never ever want them to think I’m more superior or know more than them—yes in some respects I know more in my genius.

But this is where I went down a road of disbelief in myself and I didn’t even know I was giving my power away.

I reclaimed it all when I turned 40 last December ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Am I better for it? A million percent.

It was my line in the sand moment to step up, to reclaim my god given gifts and genius and begin making this the forefront of my business.

It all started here ❤️‍🔥🌊

Last October, my partner and I rented a luxurious villa in Porto Cervo Sardinia.

I had my kundani awakening in Sardinia a year before🐍 and then we decided to do it here because I fell in love with the land and sea. We did it all through distance and the guest list was mega curated.

It was a shared dream realised that grew from a tiny seed of desire (do not underestimate the power and potency of these!!) and it was a multi-5 figure gift to ourselves and our dearest ones.

We had two reasons:

1// Celebrating life and love with our beloved people.
2// We both entered our 40th years around the sun.

It was the first time I had organised something of this calibre and we were around 10 people.

In-house chef prepared meals and luxury accommodations and even a dinner party (one of our friends is a DJ) and my beautiful friend photographed the entire evening. It was truly so special.

I went to bed that night with a knowing I want to do more events and parties.

There’s something so special about bringing people together in a high calibre space.

Fashion events and parties that are curated in a luxury editorial sensibility are something to LIVE🫦💫

I knew I want to not only live more of these but create them.

So this year opened some surprises—The Legendary Rockstar Party happened after LBL in Denver. Again I did everything from Paris.

Next week At Casa Nerea Corsica Retreat is on Monday 🧜🏼‍♀️

Magic, miracles, wealth body upgrades, creation energy, the primordial feminine is overlighting our retreat and the sirens want to share their codes and wisdom with us.

I have no words and idk if in the aftermath I’ll have words but we will be LIVING IT. And that to me means everything.

Today, I’m officially opening the doors to F*ck It, I’m VIP.

And this is not for the woman who needs another program to “become worthy.”

No.
This is for the woman who already knows.
The woman who has built a beautiful life.
A life she used to pray for. One she is genuinely in awe of.

You’ve done the healing.
You’ve made the moves.
You’ve held the vision when nobody else could see it.

And now you are the queen of your own world in so many ways. And still…you want more and you have my full permission to and you don’t need it.

That’s the point.
There is another level of you that is asking to be seen.

The era of “let me make sure everyone is comfortable with my expansion” kind of way is done, dead, and dusted. ☠️

The era now to be in your desires fully. Unfiltered. Iconic. Unhinged in the best possible way.

Here’s the thing about icons:
They are already icons before the world catches up.

They are already the woman in the room before they walk into it.

They are already the frequency before the stage, the photoshoot, the offer, the recognition, the money, the audience, the yeses.

The work is not to become her because that will happen when you’re in alignment with the identity of her, what I want you to watch is hiding her—softening the edges that make you unforgettable, or shrinking the magic that makes people feel something.

To stop fawning, over-explaining, performing “relatable,” or waiting until your life looks even more impressive before you let yourself be visible at the level you know you’re meant for.

And I know this story arc so well because that was literally all me.

You have already come so far, and this next chapter is not about proving yourself. You know you are the cat’s pajamas okayyyyy 🐆

I will never get enough of this life ❤️‍🔥🪞💎📸🎩

I remember telling my spiritual teacher like 9 years ago, “I see myself living a glamorous BIG life, I want to be surrounded by beautiful things and beautiful people”💫

And he told me, he saw this for me too, it’s what my soul is here to do and experience—back then I needed to hear that. It was permission because deep down I questioned if I was superficial for wanting this.

I now know it doesn’t take away from how spiritual I am. It only adds to it.

The bigness of my heart and depth of my soul is because I fill my cup until it overflows. And I’m so blessed this is the work I get to do.🙏🏼🥹

I once used to believe… (NOT f*cking anymore!) that style and fashion and image were all shallow.

I couldn’t have been more wrong because they are certainly reflections of what’s going on underneath. The power, depth, beauty, magic of one’s soul.

And hey my loves, this life is meant to be enjooooyed! We are meant to feel light, laugh until our bellies hurt.

The beauty, art, culture, food, drinks, friends, laughter, $€X, travel…holy F*ck there’s so much goodnes!!!!

That includes looking hella fine, and iconicly dressed to the nines if it makes you feel good. Yes you DESERVE it.

Back then, when I spoke to my teacher, it was the beginning of my life here in Paris and I had “good enough” guilt.

I felt my life was already amazing I had come so far! I had so much gratitude that I made it my ceiling.

Yet, I’ve never been one to settle for “normal”, “mundane” or “good enough”…I am here to push the edges of my existence (in all ways)—it requires big courage & accepting our desires are not small—if this is also you please holla❤️‍🔥🥂

→ Traveling for retreats and events in itself is upgrading codes and DNA in the body.

→ We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and when energy is expressed in truth and authenticity and embodied by the person, it’s magnetic and felt.

→ Motherhood, business, and relationships are the biggest spiritual awakening and personal growth accelerators.

→ Each place on earth holds different frequencies and codes and why I love astrocartography and astrology is how it explains our relationship to our planet and this lifetime.

→ I get ready, dressed up, weekly blow outs, workout, and wear make-up to please no one else but ME. Because of how it makes me feel do I then act more confident, beautiful and powerful—YES. I believe that if it’s for ourselves first it’s the healthiest.

→ We are such powerful creators of our reality that everything in our experience is called in by us for our soul’s evolution. And if it’s something we don’t like, there’s a reason for everything that happens and sometimes answers aren’t immediately apparent but hindsight is always 20/20.

→ I am a shaman not to have the title but because of my relationship with life, energy, mama Gaia and lifetimes of being a healer in this lineage. I decided to reclaim this in my current lifetime too.

This week I challenged myself to feel discomfort in being seen.⭐️

I was decked out in a funky outfit for Paris Fashion Week shows. And usually I prefer taking Ubers for discretion—because in the fashion world me decked out is SO normal. Plain even!

In everyday Parisian society, it’s a lot. Eyes follow me. I stop people in their tracks and they watch.

I took the metro to the event location. I decided to keep my top hat and funky sunglasses we got in a boutique in Ibiza on. To own the whole fashion statement look. To attract all the attention. 🍭🔥

There is a point to this experiment but I felt what I haven’t felt in the longest time…

When I walked out of my apartment building onto the streets, my heart was palpitating, my limbs were a little shaky, palms sweaty.

This hasn’t happened regarding my image in YEARS.

I did it to see what my women I work with feel like when they are in front of a camera. The fear of what will happen as a consequence of being seen is real.

On a brandshoot or workshop—this moment of being seen feels so unsafe, we want to hide, emotions come up. All totally normal!

What did I do? 🪞

✧ I accepted the eyes and attention, “look away!” I thought.
✧ I straightened my back, and shoulders and wriggled my fingers where we hold a lot of tension and loosened my jaw and tongue in my mouth.
✧ I breathed deep breaths into my body signaling my parasympathetic nervous system to kick in.
✧ My self talk became “I am adding to the texture of the society, I’m the art today and I love that”.
✧ I allowed myself to feel beautiful and powerful without it feeling dangerous or unsafe.

Shifting this took minutes for me and of course it’s practice.

It can take longer when you are new to this.

When clients work with me on feeling safe being seen all of this and more comes up—all the stories, patterns, conditioning even in the most confident women!

Here’s the secret:
The more you inhabit your body, aka embodiment, and the truer you are in your expression as unapologetic, the more irresistibly magnetic you are.

Then you need to fully own that magnetism and the attention that comes with it.
