This season, I chose to step into the fitness model division — and it felt so aligned with where I am in my journey right now. 💫

I still have love and respect for the bikini division, and it’s absolutely a goal of mine for the future. But I also knew that giving my body the time and space to grow into that division — sustainably — was the healthiest and smartest thing I could do.

Fitness model felt like the perfect match for my current physique, lifestyle, and values. As a dog groomer, I’m on my feet all day, so I needed a prep style that supported my energy, recovery, and strength both in and out of the gym.

I loved the training. I loved how it made me feel. And I loved the version of me that showed up every single day with discipline, joy, and so much pride. 💪🏼

Bodybuilding has transformed my confidence, my mindset, and the way I care for myself. I’ve never felt more connected to my health and purpose.

This division gave me room to grow and the best part is, I’m just getting started. 💙
