Paris Fitness Paris Fitness is a community exercise programme that was started in Paris in 1985, and expanded to a community website in 2000. See www.parisfitness.com

We offer practical, low-cost fitness classes and information about keeping fit in the city. I started ParisFitness in 1985, taking over the fitness classes at the American Church from an opera singer who was moving back to the US (she had been trained in the Jane Fonda studios in California!). I was doing odd jobs, couldn’t afford a gym membership, and was grateful to find fun, low-cost, and a la carte aerobics to keep up physically, but also to keep up my psyche. So 35 years later, I still run a low-cost community class, welcoming people from different walks of life and a variety of nationalities, who want a fun workout in English - or sometimes franglais. Classes: Body Sculpt, Cardio Intervals, Pilates Mat Pilates, Stretch n Flex
