“Eventually, it all comes together, like water gathering in one place.”

Lee Jang-wook has been Chief Curator at Space K Seoul | 스페이스K 서울 (Jang-Uk Lee) since 2011, curating over 160 exhibitions and bringing artists like Rose Wylie and Hernan Bas to Korea for the first time.
But before any of that, his path wasn’t so clear - a poet’s dream in his twenties, an art minor, a photography master’s, and years that probably looked, from the outside, like a waste of time.

For anyone who’s ever felt behind, or wondered if their path made any sense - this one’s for you.

What’s something you once thought was “useless,” but turned out to matter later?

Women have never waited to be allowed.

They played on the pitches they were locked out of.
They filled the stadiums nobody believed they could fill. Every rule about what a woman couldn’t do was written by someone who never bothered to ask her.

Nobody gave them permission.
So what are you waiting to do? Tell us in the comments.

Nowhere-famous is the new luxury. 🌿

Meet Gangjin. A town in the south of Korea where the population dropped from 100,000 to 30,000.
Officially on the extinction watch list. Also 900 years of celadon, hanok villages, sunsets that don’t fit in a camera.

Two women waiting for you there:
• Jihee, who left Paris to make rice snacks with her neighbors’ grains.
• Master Hwangbo, who’s shaped celadon here for 30 years.

Four of you sit beside them for 3 days.

€297 all-in.
Hanok stay, 5 meals, celadon class, snack-making with Jihee, bike tour, monorail, transport, local host.

This one’s a collab with Korea Tourism Organization, and NomadHer is taking zero profit.
We’re not selling a trip. We’re keeping a town alive.

📅 Oct 3-5 · 4 spots
📅 Oct 9-11 · 4 spots
That’s 8 women, all year.

Two things:
1. Ever been to a tiny town that stayed with you? Drop the name below, we collect these.
2. Want in on this one? Comment “Gangjin” and we’ll DM you the app + website.

The 4 spots for each trip close when they close.
