"I will be competing in the ironman 70.3 at Aix en Provence on May 18th 2014. The competition comprises a 1.9 Km (1.2 mile) swim, 90 Km (56 mile) cycle and 21.1 Km (13.1 mile) run. I will be raising money for The Centre de Readaptation d'Oleron, Centre Helio Marin on Isle d'Oleron, France. It is a rehabilitation and re-education centre for children and teenagers at all different levels of physical
and mental handicaps. Our son Nathan has been there since April 2013 after suffering from Pneaumocoque and spending three months in intensive care. He is making excellent progress, all thanks to the dedicated team there. Please help me to raise money for the centre so they can continue to help other children the way they have helped Nathan."
«Je vais être en concurrence dans le Ironman 70.3 à Aix en Provence le 18 mai 2014. Ce concours comprend un 1,9 km (1,2 mile) natation, 90 km (56 mile) du cycle et 21,1 km (13.1 mile) en exclusivité. Je serai amasser des fonds pour le Centre de réadaptation d'Oléron, Centre Helio Marin, sur l'île d'Oléron, France. Il s'agit d'un centre de rééducation et de réadaptation pour enfants et adolescents à tous les différents niveaux de handicaps physiques et mentaux. Notre fils Nathan a été là depuis Avril 2013, après la souffrance de Pneaumocoque et passer trois mois de soins intensifs. Il a fait d'excellents progrès, tout cela grâce à l'équipe dévouée là.
