Training Day 1 - The Australian Pearls stepped onto to the French court for the first time today. Coach Larry Davidson took the girls through two strong training sessions to hone skills and embed playing structures. All looking forward to bed tonight.

[ ] 🏟 Les Virtus Global Games arrivent dans un mois ! Vichy accueille du 4 au 10 juin 2023 cette compétition sportive prestigieuse pour les athlètes en situation de handicap mental ou présentant un trouble du spectre de l’autisme. Tous les quatre ans, elle rassemble près de 1200 athlètes de plus de 50 pays différents pour participer à cette compétition de renommée mondiale.

Un très bon entraînement des cyclistes du pôle France en vue des Global Games 2023.

Na️ From 17th to 19th February, the Libourne Nautical Club hosted adapted para-rowing selection tests for the 2023 VIRTUS Global Games, which will take place in Vichy from 4th to 10th June 2023.
22 athletes from 13 clubs met for individual boat trials, in order to determine the level of each, in the 3 categories now official.
itions🏾 Following these results, double compositions were tested to be able to offer the best performing boats to face international competition at these World Games of Adapted Sport.
👀 We're seeing a nice density in men and the women's group is starting to rebuild.
Very young athletes (15 years old) joined the group and showed great things, to prove to the older ones that you need to keep progressing to keep your place in the team.
🤩 At the Global Games, athletes will first line up in boats on 500m and then 1000m, before moving to the ergometer with individual and mixed relay races.

Karolina obecnie przebywa na zgrupowaniu w COS OPO w Spale, gdzie trenuje pod okiem swojego trenera Bogusława Jusiaka. Zawodniczka szlifuje swoją formę przed nadchodzącymi Lekkoatletycznymi Mistrzostwami Świata Virtus oraz Paralekkoatletycznymi Mistrzostwami Świata IPC.

Karolina to wielokrotna mistrzyni paraolimpijska, multimedalistka mistrzostw świata i Europy, a także rekordzistka świata w kilku konkurencjach. Specjalizuje się w skoku w dal, w którym odnosi olbrzymie sukcesy. Jest dla nas niezwykle ważną zawodniczką i wiemy, że zrobi wszystko, aby zdobyć kolejne medale dla Polski.
