You do not need another extreme diet.
You need a plan that still works when life is not perfect.
Most people start by trying to change everything at once.
They cut out foods they enjoy, commit to too many workouts, aim for perfection, and then blame themselves when they cannot maintain it.
The problem is often not motivation.
The problem is the plan.
A realistic fat-loss approach should help you:
Eat more protein without living on chicken and broccoli.
Manage portions without banning entire food groups.
Train regularly without spending every day in the gym.
Move more without feeling like you need to hit a perfect step target.
Recover from an off-plan meal without giving up on the rest of the week.
Results do not come from one perfect Monday.
They come from repeating the basics consistently over time.
Which part do you struggle with most: food, training, or staying consistent when life gets busy?
I’m a fitness coach… but that didn’t stop me from losing my routine, gaining weight and struggling with my confidence.
I knew about calories, protein and training.
The problem wasn’t a lack of information.
The problem was staying consistent when my mental health was low, life felt difficult and motivation disappeared.
I kept thinking I should be able to sort it out on my own.
But eventually, I realised I needed the same things many of my clients need:
A simple plan.
Realistic expectations.
Support.
Accountability.
Once I stopped trying to be perfect and focused on doing the basics consistently, I started to feel more like myself again.
That experience is a big part of why I created Fit & Proud.
Because knowing what to do is not always enough.
Sometimes you need someone in your corner who understands.
Have you ever known exactly what to do, but still struggled to stick to it?
You probably don’t need another diet plan saved on your phone.
You need something simple enough to follow consistently — plus support when motivation disappears.
What do you struggle with most: knowing what to do or sticking to it?
⏰ "I don't have time to work out."
It's one of the most common reasons people give for not exercising.
But here's the good news...
You don't need:
❌ 2-hour workouts
❌ 6 days a week
❌ To live in the gym
You do need:
✅ 2–3 strength training sessions a week
✅ Around 45–60 minutes
✅ Consistency
Small changes really do add up.
💬 What's your biggest obstacle?
⏰ No time?
😟 No confidence?
🤔 Don't know what to do?

He had struggled with his weight for years and felt like he had tried every diet and exercise plan out there, but nothing seemed to work for him.
He was feeling frustrated and discouraged.
When he came to me, I knew I had to approach his weight loss journey differently.
I didn't want to just give him a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I gave him the tools and steps he needed to create lasting change.✅
First, we worked on setting specific, achievable goals. Then, I taught him how to track his food intake and make healthy choices. I also provided guidance on how to incorporate physical activity into his daily routine.✅
But it wasn't just about the numbers on the scale. I encouraged Jimmy to focus on how he felt, rather than just the numbers on the scale. 👍
I reminded him that weight loss is a journey and that it's important to be kind to himself along the way.😀
After following my program, Jimmy was able to lose the 20 lbs he had been struggling to shed. 💪
He felt more energized, confidentt, and proud of himself. He even started to enjoy working out and eating healthy.
Most importantly, he learned that sustainable weight loss is about making small, consistent changes over time. He now has the tools and knowledge to continue on his journey towards a healthier, happier life.
Now, Jimmy feels better than ever before. He has more energy and is able to do activities that he couldn't do before.
He is grateful for the support and guidance I provided him and is excited to continue on his journey towards optimal health.
