Spring clean along the Trail yesterday. To the irresponsible dog walkers (usually a minority, as there are many responsible ones) that use the Penrhiwceiber/Mountain Ash section of the Trail, please collect your dog poo and either put it in the red Council dog waste bins at Penrhiwceiber river bridge (Harcourt Terrace) or Mountain Ash River bridge (by Cresselly Inn pub) or the one located at Ger Yr Afon. If you are not going past a dog bin then please take it home with you and dispose of it correctly. Please do not hang poo bags on trees and bushes or discard into the watercourses along the Trail as it is a real health hazard to all and believe me that collecting these discarded bags is a very unpleasant task to say the least!
Thank you.

Dog poo littering is an offence for which you can be fined £100.
