[08/06/21]   Covid restriction notice.
Following today’s announcement we wanted to update you on any changes to our policies.
Please see below!

• Our online booking system will remain in use and we recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry, although covid restrictions are lower we still have a max capacity so when we are full you may not be allowed in.

• Track and trace still remains a requirement so all adults will still need to be recorded.

• Face masks are no longer required in our venue however if customers prefer to wear them you are welcome to do so.

• Closing between sessions will remain, covid still remains a risk and therefore the same level of cleaning procedures needs to remain in place.

• Social distancing is no longer a requirement by law, however we still recommend that customers where possible still social distance and respect other customers personal space as they may still wish to socially distance.

Although the rules have now been relaxed around covid restrictions as a business we have a duty to assess and review all the risks before making changes, we are expecting further guidance to follow in the coming days from the government and over the next few days we will assess and review any further changes.

We have a position available for a full time KITCHEN COOK.
The role is shared in 2 locations and the applicant must be willing and able to work at both locations that will alternate daily/weekly.
Our play centres are located in Aberdare Cf44 6DA and Caerphilly CF831BQ.
This is for an experienced Cook that has previously worked within a fast pace cafe/kitchen environment.
The position is for 30 to 40 hours per week.
Normal business hours are 09:30
To 20:00 Monday to Sunday.
A weekly rota is issued with hours within these times.
Due to the nature of our company the applicant must be willing to work weekends & school holidays when required.

We do still have to wait for the rules to be published but it’s seems we now have a date to work towards.

Good morning everyone
With the news headlines saying Soft Play Centres can open from the 3rd of May we are getting a lot of messages and customers trying to book.

This is great news but we need to wait on the full announcement from the government today the rules and guidance are not very clear at the moment!

We have put these questions to government members to get more information.

Hopefully we will get this confirmed soon!

[04/11/21]   Hi Everyone
Just an update, we are getting a lot of messages asking for re-opening information.
At the moment we are still waiting for further guidance and information from the welsh government, as it stands we do not have a fixed date to re open so are un able to make any
plans.
As soon as we do get any news we will update you on here.
Thank you for your custom we value each and everyone of you and are looking forward to welcoming you back to the play centre.

Here we go with another closed period to be reviewed on the 17th.
Hopefully we will get to see you all before Christmas.

Our Santa event will still be going ahead over the weekend for those who have tickets.
