I am back and online. 2023 saw the doors shut to my in person sessions but 2024 sees that start of Bon Accord Fitness online coaching. Can’t wait to get programming for my team and kick their a**es 😁

After 4.5 years it’s time to close the door at NEO. It’s been an absolute riot, many struggles but many laughs. Truly grateful to make some amazing friends, you guys know who you are! .knowles87 can’t thank you enough for making sure I don’t leave empty handed 🥹

I start at Ithaca Energy on Tuesday and I cannot wait!
With this change in one area comes another change with BAF. As of January I will no longer be offering any in person PT sessions, everything will be online based.
It’s been a very hard decision to make after working so hard the last 3 years to get to where we are. I cannot thank my clients enough for their support over the years and im so blessed to have you all stay!!
Gonna take the weekend to chill and get ready for the next adventure!!
