🥊BOXING with Jake Tuesdays 12-12:30pm
30mimites of high-intensity cardio, pad work & bag combos. Punch hard, sweat harder 💦💦
🔥 MAY CHALLENGE 🔥
2 MIN WALL BALL SQUATS
🏋️♂️ THE CHALLENGE:
Complete as many Wall Ball Squats as possible in 2 minutes
📏 RULES:
• Hips must hit below parallel every rep
• Knees track in line with toes (no caving in)
• Chest up, neutral spine
• Ball starts at chest → Squat → Throw → Catch → Repeat
• Every rep must be controlled to count
• Use the wall and aim for the target/sticker
🏐 WEIGHT:
• Men: 8kg ball
• Women: 6kg ball
🔁 ATTEMPTS:
• You get 2 attempts
• Your best score counts
🎯 LEVEL GUIDE:
• Beginner: 20–30 reps
• Intermediate: 30–50 reps
• Advanced: 50–70+ reps
