Health week at holy family today
Thank you for having us along to do sessions and a massive thank you to my helpers I had today that are students from our cairncry & bridge of don classes .

GRADING TIMES – JUNE 2026
Grading times for the June 2026 grading are listed below. Please look for the time of the student’s current belt level. Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your start time.
Green Belt & Above (Juniors)
Students will need full sparring gear:
* Head guard
* Gum shield
* Boxing gloves
* Foot guards
* Shin guards
White & Yellow Belt (Adult)
Students will need:
* Head guard
* Gum shield
* Boxing gloves
Gold Belt & Above (Adults)
Students will need full sparring gear (same as the Juniors).
All adult students please take focus mitts if you have.
Please ensure that all jewellery is removed and long hair is tied back.

Thank you to Active Schools Northfield for helping set up these sessions with northfield academy .
It's great to see so many kids getting to try out a new sport and learning a little about what sooyang do can offer .
Thank you so much to Northfield Academy: Official for having myself and Miss Forbes from Sooyang Do - Northfield & Sheddocksley in to do some sessions with the 1st year's yesterday!
We had such a great time working with them and showing them a few things from the art of Sooyang Do!
