We ensure the complete ordered system is fully configured then function and performance tested to ensure what's delivered meets exact requirements before it arrives. The system shown is a DOT CGA C-1 compliant Jacket Method configuration with wall mount panel and large jacket (42cm internal diameter x 118cm high). We have a standard jacket system with wall mount panel for SCUBA cylinders and also a large capacity portable Proof hydro system for SCUBA up to Industrial Gas cylinder size with stainless steel manifold panel for testing up to 3 cylinders in one test. We also have cylinder adaptors with high pressure quick connects with thread sizes M18, M25, G3/4, 0.715, 3/4 NPSM, 17E and 25E. One of our test jackets for cylinder hydrostatic testing just completed fabrication ready for leak testing prior to powder coating and final assembly. This is one of our larger jackets with an internal diameter of 42cm and 118cm tall with lid high pressure manifold for cylinder connection to meet the requirements of DOT CGA C-1. Our systems are made to meet the stringent requirements of cylinder test and inspection standards while also ensuring quality and ease of operation are a given. A batch of Digital HY-PAC units completed ready for final quality checks before shipping to customers. The new digital system provides a clear, accurate pressure reading even from distance and with decimal point accuracy to 600bar the only real solution when Hydrostatic cylinder testing to determine even the smallest cylinder leakage failure. The system can be used on all cylinder hydrostatic test systems (Jacket, Non-Jacket and Proof), pre-set the over-pressure setting on the gauge and if over pressure occurs the HY-PAC control system isolates the air supply to the hydro pump to safely stop the pressure test. Compliant to the requirements of ISO18119 'Control System' HY-PAC can be quickly and simply integrated into any existing hydro test system in minutes. One of our new products being put through its paces this week, our Proof Method Hydrostatic test panel with Digital Gauge and integrated pressure switching linked to our HY-PAC over pressure control system. The system allows accurate Proof testing where any drop during test pressure is easily detected on the clear digital display and accurate over pressure setting to ensure required control limits can be set as per ISO18119.
