โ๏ธ Postcards from the Team: Summer Edition First Stop, Gillian! ๐
We're kicking off a brand new series here at ReformPhysio & Pilates, and we couldn't think of a better person to go first than our wonderful Reformer Pilates instructor, Gillian. ๐งโโ๏ธ
Because while most of us were making the most of the Scottish summer (all three days of it โ๏ธ๐), Gillian was living her absolute best life across the Atlantic; World Cup in Boston โฝ, Niagara Falls ๐, and a very special visit to STOTT PILATESยฎ HQ in Toronto. โจ
The setup at STOTT HQ sounds nothing short of incredible. What Gillian loved most? Walking into a room full of people of all ages, all backgrounds, all bodies, moving and thriving together. Honestly, our kind of place. ๐ซถ
It's exactly the kind of reminder that Pilates is for everyone and something we're proud to bring to every single class here in Aberdeen.

What a weekend for our team! ๐
Huge congratulations to our Pelvic Health Physios Fiona and Katie who smashed an incredible 45.5 miles each at Saltire 24 ! ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช
It was a true team effort, massive thanks to Physio Imke for keeping Fiona going through a calf injury in the run up to the event and getting her to that start line. This is literally what we do! โค๏ธ
Congrats also to Physio Ailsa who completed the legendary Highland Cross, what a tough and beautiful challenge. โ๏ธ The best weather and the friendliest volunteers made it one to remember! ๐ฐ
And last but absolutely not least... Physio Laura spent her weekend at scout camp as a Beaver leader ๐ฆซโบ โ because apparently one gruelling challenge wasn't enough for our team this weekend ๐
We couldn't be more proud of this incredible bunch. ๐ฅนโจ

With 10 years of NHS experience and specialised POGP training, Katie is an expert in everything from bladder/bowel health and pelvic organ prolapse to pre and postnatal care. As a keen runner herself, she knows exactly how to get you back to the sports and activities you love, safely and holistically.

Trained through Pilates Union, Scarlett went from client to certified instructor after falling in love with the deep mind-body connection of Pilates.
