🗳️ NOMINATIONS 🗳️ : please submit your nomination(s) for a committee position by end of February (28th) to Pam Wilson by WhatsApp (see our WhatsApp group’s members for Pam’s details). The committee positions and current incumbents are detailed in the AGM slides i posted there yesterday. All positions are up for nomination each year per our constitution. Pam will then collate nominations for each position and create an anonymous online voting survey. Outcome will be communicated by end March 13th (ie. One week in advance of our AGM). Finally - its not a big commitment of time generally but essential to ensure our club remains compliant and functioning. Give me a shout if you have any questions & thanks Pam 🙏!

🚨CLUB AGM 🚨: planning to hold our AGM at 5.50am on Friday 20th March in Cults pool reception. Will send out AGM slidepack in advance and organise collection of nominations and voting for Committee positions so that the AGM is a brief inform. FYI, myself and Catherine intend to step down as President and Treasurer this time so great opportunity for some others to pick up the reins and take things forward.

SWIMMING IS ON - look yer dookers oot as we’re back in the pool tomorrow (Tuesday 13th January 2026).

That’s it confirmed, training is CANCELLED tomorrow Friday 9th January due to the weather.
Fingers crossed things get back to normal next week 🤞

FESTIVE BREAK - just confirming that Friday 19th Dec will be our last session of this year. We start up again on Tue 6th Jan…🎅🎄🤶

UPDATE- given feedback on the state of Quarry Road and forecast of low overnight temperatures, decision has been made to cancel the session tomorrow. Enjoy a longer sleep and dreams of CSS tests…

Hi folks, it’s been great to see so many new faces in the pool 😊 if after your 3 free taster sessions you fancy joining our club proper, then please do set up a Standing Order either from the date of your 4th session or if it suits you better from the start of the following month plus a one off prorated payment to the end of the current month!

Bank details and fees are on the membership form but if in doubt please do ask.
