Well well well. After three years we have closed the doors at Team Cycle, Commerce Street for the final time. A few tears with mixed emotions. 😢🫰❤️🙏

What started as an idea became a community. Thousands of rides, countless laughs, plenty of sweat, friendships formed, challenges conquered and memories that will stay with me forever. ❤️ I am truly grateful and very humble.

To every member, instructor, supporter and friend who has been part of this journey, thank you so so much 🙏. You helped turn four walls and a few bikes into something very special.🚴‍♂️

But wait.....this isn't an ending.
This is a beginning.

The lessons learned, the relationships built and the passion that drove Team Cycle forward will now become part of something even bigger.

TEAM X is coming. 💥

A new home.
A bigger vision.
More opportunities.
More community.
More ways to help people become stronger, healthier and happier.

About last night...

This was advertised as a spin class but quickly turned into 50 minutes of collective emotional instability 🎤😭

The second The Climb came on, every single person in the room suddenly believed they were headlining a sold-out arena tour.

No recovery. No indoor voices. Just 25 grown adults absolutely fighting for their lives screaming lyrics in the dark.

The lungs were working harder than the legs. The vibes were somewhere between nightclub, karaoke bar and group therapy. And honestly? We can't wait to do it all again.
