Our Banchory adults class got put through their paces tonight 🥵 45 minutes of constant pads / exercises / drills. 👊

It’s great to see family’s training together, we have a couple dads / sons in the class & it’s great to see them working hard & progressing together.

🥋ALFORD SOOYANG DO SCHOOL🥋

Alford Sooyang Do class has a NEW instructor. After a successful take over of Aboyne, Torphins & Tarland Schools back in January. Mr Michael Lawson (3rd Dan) is taking his next venture into Alford. Taking his years of Martial Arts experience with him.

🗓️The class plans to be OPEN mid / late September.

NEW CLASS… SOOYANG DO MINNOWS 👦

The interest in this class so far has been great! We are looking to start Mid / Late September!! 🗓️

These classes will be based on an 'introduction to Martial Arts'. It will be structured to be fun, while still having the basic Martial Arts discipline & etiquette. We will be focused on improving motor acquisition, coordination, basic self defence, fitness... the list could go on!
