Ahoy hoy MAINiacs. Beautiful day today ,ignoring the 6000mph winds down the beach 🙄😆🤣.
Cheeky 20 min walk with a weighted bag, followed by a quick 2 x 5min H.I.I.T and a 20min jog (no weights) to finish off.
H.I.I.T
Each exercise 45 seconds with 15 second rest between each.
Body weight squat with knee raises
Shoulder taps
Forward to reverse lunges-alternating legs
Mountain climbers
Slow and controlled push ups
provided by codona's amusements 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

After smashing out a beach jog in this glorious weather decided to lie down for a while n take in some rays.......20 mins in and half asleep.....a cheeeky young Bulldog pup crept up and licked my toe'sy woe'sies 👀😱😱😱😂😂😂.
Ive not screamed so loud or laughed so hard in a while

Lovely day for it....AND....i saw 5 doggies 😎.
Although admittedly i only saw them at a distance.... i am however 99.99% certain....they were all....very good boys!

Ahoy hoy MAINiacs....little training indoors today with our typical Aberdream weather 😅.
Getting closer and closer to nailing that L-Sit into a planche or handstand.....shoulders are like jelly already 💪💪💪 🤣.

Sup sup MAINiacs!
Despite the bizarre weather today another day of exercise smashed out 💪.
Finished off today's session with a little boxing training...
5 x 45 secs sets, with a 30 sec rest between sets.
Forgot how absolutley exhausting bag training was 😅....some more practice needed, still not bad for the end of a session.
Hope ur all keepin up the hard work.

Ahoy hoy Fitness MAINiacs!
I picked a beautiful day to start at a new gym 😁.
And smashed out the first proper workout!!!
MAINfitness has moved locations and will now be operating out of The Beach Leisure Centre... utilising a newly refurbished multi room gym, with a separate fully equipped functional area, sports hall, pool and coming soon...a brand new fitness studio for classes.

Happy new year to you all MAINiacs hope you all had a great time and caught up with all the fam fam.
We'll be kicking off the new year, at Pure Gym Rubislaw, with a bit of Super fun and Super silliness this coming Monday 10th January 2022.
To mark the intro of the new timetable release myself and some of the other PT's will be doing a Super Hero themed fitness class, fully costume clad and all 👀🦸♂️🦸♂️🦸♂️ ( is it a bird ...is it a plane....nope just that t**t Alex fae the gym 🤣🤣🤣).
Sooooo if ur looking for a good workout with a lotta laughs come along and join in......it's gona be Super!!!!

Last wee challenge for myself b4 years end.
Been working on some side to side push up and pull up variations.
Happy to say my strength is up and im feeling a lot more stable and comfortable during reps, although my form still needs a little work but overall a happy happy camper am i...😁.
