Tonight’s full moon is a rare “blue moon” ~ a phrase used when an extra full moon appears in a season, making it a truly special celestial event.

For centuries, full moons have been a time for reflection, release and renewal. They invite us to pause, check in with ourselves, and let go of what no longer serves us.

At Blue Moon Aerial Yoga, we love the way aerial practice creates that same sense of space ~ a chance to step away from the noise, move mindfully, and reconnect with your body and breath.

Whether you’re joining us in the hammock this week or simply taking a few moments under tonight’s moonlight, consider asking yourself:
