We were delighted to welcome back some of the North East Scotland College 🎓 Bringing Learning to Life team last week as part of their annual staff wellbeing day.
Some of the team enjoyed paddleboarding on the loch, while others enjoyed a swim. A lovely way to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Busy day today with over 50 Scouts Scotland joining us on the water.
The Auchenblae group tried their hand at raft building and then went straight into canoeing and kayaking.
The 66th Aberdeen group developed their skills in canoe, kayak and paddleboarding as they worked their way to their Level 2 Paddlesport badge.
The odd shower couldn't put them off as they threw themselves into everything.

This weekend we are running two Donmouth tours!
Saturday at 11 and on Sunday at 12 we will paddle from near the beach, up under Ellon Road and under the historic Brig o' Balgownie through this beautiful gorge and to the bottom of Seaton Park before returning.
Come and explore this oasis in the middle of Aberdeen.
This is our most popular tour and is suitable for all craft so if you fancy paddleboarding but your friend fancies kayaking you can still share this beautiful journey together.
To book, follow the link in the comments.

We had a busy weekend, Saturday morning at the loch kicked off with 1st Portlethen Scouts Scotland who were building some rafts and then trying paddlesports then onto a SUP 'n' Splash!
This morning more sessions on the loch and then some of our team were off to the Ballater Duck Festival to ensure these 8 foot inflatable ducks made it safely down stream.
While this was all going on Lyle was down in the Tay delivering a Paddle Scotland White Water Safety course for members of Perth Canoe Club and Stirling & Falkirk Canoe Club.
Busy season is definitely here but we have lots of spaces for you to join us at the loch or out and about to support you on your adventures!

Lyle had a lovely weekend with volunteers from Turriff Kayak Club and Deveron Canoe Club delivering a Paddle Scotland White Water Safety course.
The warmer weather was appreciated as we practiced in water rescues as well as looking at how to avoid these things happening.
