Always a great day in the gym when we recognise the development of our team-mates’ jiu jitsu by awarding new belts. Congratulations to Arek, Adam and Liam.

We’re taking on new starts in July, starting on Monday 6th. Our summer Beginners Block features 3 classes per week, across 4 weeks for £70.

Classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Message us for more details and to sign-up.

There won’t be another Beginners Block until autumn or winter, so if you don’t want to wait too long, it’s best to get started now.
