In reality, there is not a lot of drama when you have a team that gets on, works together, and cares about what they do… but that does not make for quite as good an edit 💙

Social media is full of people selling the idea that there is a secret to progress.

A supplement. A hack. A challenge. A perfect routine.

But for most people, the results that last are still built the same way: good training, good nutrition, proper recovery, and enough consistency to let those things do their job.
