Over the past year, we:

Launched a brand-new Lifting Equipment Users / Lifting for Technicians course, which has got off to a flying start and is already enhancing technicians’ lifting capabilities across the industry

We expanded our Offshore Crane Operator Combined Stage 1&2 Training to include Reaction & Awareness and Wire Rope Inspection awareness

And we also included Working at Height Unit 2 in our IRATA course

All of this means added value for our customers, with extra training included at no additional cost.

Altrad Sparrows Training Aberdeen is thrilled to unveil a brand-new course, expanding our suite of expert training programs – LIFTING EQUIPMENT USERS (LEU): LIFTING FOR TECHNICIANS

A number of our key clients in the industry have highlighted a growing need for technicians to perform basic rigging tasks as part of their routine responsibilities, out with and in addition to the development
of rigging personnel. In response, we have developed the Lifting Equipment Users (LEU): Lifting for Technicians training course.

This course is designed to provide delegates with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to independently and safely carry out category 1 rigging operations without supervision.
