£7 per session but the first session is free. All you need to get started is an open mind and a willingness to give it a go (and maybe a bottle of water).

HONESTY AND KINDNESS: THE TRUE WAY OF THE WARRIOR
A true warrior understands that strength is not measured by the sharpness of a sword, but by the character within the heart. Among the many virtues that guide the path of Bushido, honesty and kindness stand as two pillars that must always remain together. When separated, both can become dangerous.
Honesty without kindness is brutality. Speaking the truth is important, but truth delivered without compassion can wound more deeply than any blade. Many people pride themselves on "telling it like it is," yet fail to consider the feelings of others. Harsh words spoken without empathy do not build people up; they break them down. A warrior does not use truth as a weapon to humiliate, shame, or dominate. Instead, a warrior uses truth to guide, teach, and inspire.
At the same time, kindness without honesty is manipulation. Kind words that hide the truth may bring temporary comfort, but they ultimately create confusion and mistrust. False praise, empty promises, and avoiding difficult conversations are not acts of kindness. Genuine kindness requires courage—the courage to speak honestly, even when the truth is difficult, while ensuring that it is delivered with respect and care.
The ancient samurai understood this balance well. They knew that discipline without compassion becomes tyranny, while compassion without integrity becomes weakness. A warrior's path demands both a strong spirit and a gentle heart. Strength and kindness are not opposites; they are companions. One gives power, while the other gives purpose.
In today's world, this lesson is more important than ever. We live in a time where people often choose extremes. Some speak with brutal honesty, caring little about the pain they cause. Others avoid truth entirely to keep peace or gain approval. Neither path leads to honor.
The honorable path lies in balance.
Before speaking, ask yourself: Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind? If your words meet these three standards, they will carry the spirit of Bushido. They will not only reveal truth but also strengthen relationships and build trust.
A wise warrior knows that every interaction leaves a mark. Words can heal or harm, unite or divide, encourage or destroy. Therefore, choose them carefully. Speak honestly, but never forget compassion. Show kindness, but never abandon truth.
The strongest people are not those who can overpower others. The strongest are those who possess the courage to be truthful and the wisdom to be compassionate at the same time.
In the end, honor is not found in victory over others, but in mastering oneself. When honesty and kindness walk side by side, a person becomes more than strong—they become truly noble.
