So here is a little 🤏 or a lot about my journey in health and fitness, as a trainer I start about 12 years ago but I have been training on and off before that 10+ years. So weight ability to perform and my health has went up and down as result of not being consistent, over the last 7 years I have mainly worked on my consistency but would lose motivation but still train but with no real aim or results. But in recent years I’ve I have to choose something outside just being healthy to challenge myself to keep moving forward with my own journey and that’s what I try to do with clients. All we are aiming for is 1% better every day and we will get the big change with the little changes we do along the way.
