Personal training is something I’ve always wanted to do, however I lacked the confidence to pursue it due to being over-weight myself.
I have always had an avid interest in sports which led to me attending University to study Sports Science where I learned how to help individuals improve their health and reach their full fitness potential. I decided to do something about it and managed to lose just under 5 stone over 6 months. I have never felt better and am now pursuing the career I'm highly passionate about. My aim as a trainer

You may dread a workout or class before it starts (and during it!) but you never regret it afterwards so whenever you have doubts, find that willpower and go do it!
Power Step was debuted yesterday afternoon for our Pure Losers to much success! I'm sure they'll agree that it's a pretty intense workout?! Would anyone be keen on seeing it make a permanent appearance on the Saturday afternoon slot? If you've seen it appear on the timetable this week and wondered what it is, get yourself along to a class!

How we getting on guys? Less than 2 days left of the detox, final hurdle now. If you're finding it tough, ask yourself these question then power through to the end. It's the only way you'll see changes. The countdown is on!
Stuck for time in the gym but don't know what to do? Give Tabata a try and have an intense, all over body workout which is guaranteed to burn the calories!
So the 1st week of detox is over for the Pure Loser attendees (and us team leaders), half way guys! Same willpower for the 2nd half and it will be over in no time. Loads of awesome results today so it's worth it! Keep up the good work and Leanne and I will help you as much as possible. Well done!!! :)
Want a way to stop feeling hungry and maximise your calorie burn? Change from eating 3 meals a day to eating 6 smaller meals a day. This will not only keep your metabolism at its peak but will also regulate your blood sugar levels avoiding that "dip" in mood you often encounter mid morning and mid afternoon.
So day 2nd full day of the course. How's everyone getting on? Managed to hit the gym at least once since Saturday or going tonight? Those not on the course, want to join the detox? 2 wks, eat clean, get rid of all the toxins in your body and feel the difference? Give it a go!
