Tomorrow is the start of Summer Sevens & Touch Wednesdays.

Sevens Training starts at 5:30pm followed by Touch Rugby at 6:00pm all located at DeMarco Memorial Park.

Get out and get a run in. Who doesn’t love summer rugby.

Summer Touch Sessions every Wednesday from 6-8pm.

Last Wednesday’s summer touch was great. 25+ players of all skill levels.

If Wednesday touch isn’t enough rugby and your looking to scratch that competitive itch we have Thursday evening 7s training for our social sevens side as well. Great opportunity to play in some summer tournaments and sharpen your skills!
