🚨 OPITO Rigger Approvals Achieved 🚨

We are delighted to announce that Rigworld Training Centre / SAFER Training has successfully achieved more OPITO approvals for Rigger Training at the Takoradi facility in Ghana.

Supporting both new entrants and experienced riggers through training and assessment

The approvals further strengthen our commitment to delivering world-class competence - based training and supporting workforce development across the global energy sector.

✅ Rigger Initial Training (OPITO 9088) previously stage 1
✅ Rigger Competence Assessment (OPITO 9099) previously stage 3
✅ Rigger Competence Reassessment (OPITO 9199) previously stage 4

All approvals were officially awarded in March 2026, marking another important milestone in our continued global expansion.

We are pleased to announce that SAFER Training has recently supported KRTS LTD (Training Center) in Atyrau, Kazakhstan in achieving OPITO approval for Safe Driving at Work Training and Competence Assessment.

This approval represents another successful collaboration, ensuring that training delivered in the region meets the high standards required by the global energy industry.

SAFER Training worked closely with both OPITO and the KRTS LTD (Training Center) team throughout the approval process, providing consultancy, guidance, and technical support to help achieve full compliance with OPITO approval requirements.

It was great to spend time in Atyrau working alongside the team, and we look forward to continuing our support with KRTS with further approvals.
