Many thanks to Grandmaster Banfield of Wembley CKD for the fantastic and very insightful training session on the updates to the colour belts and Il Dan syllabus. It was a very informative "and hot" training session.
Thanks also to Master MacArthur of Newtonhill CKD for arranging everything. 😊

In Monday's Adult class, it gave me great pleasure in presenting Mr Dylan Stuart with his 1st Dan certificate, which was personally signed by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi, the founder of Choi Kwang Do. This was the culmination of years of hard work and dedication by Dylan and a great achievement.
If you think you can match Dylan, why not come along and give it a try.

Congratulations to Dylan Stuart on becoming the latest member of BOD CKD's Black belt club. Dylan endured an extended grading, giving his best all the way through, nothing less than what I've come to expect from Dylan, who always gives 100% in everything he does in class. Well done also to Mahati, Krishan and also Ryan from Beacon CKD who endured a beasting well beyond what they were expecting when they volunteered to help at the grading.
