Got to reference!

Looking for input please from people at all stages of their journey to come to the UK to earn money through caring, either permanently or temporarily:
I am investigating the potential of starting a caring service. In strategizing I need to prepare for all opportunities and problems. People in this group can help me please by messaging me if you are willing to have an informal chat about your wants, needs and problems at any of these stages anywhere in the UK:
*Want to come over but can’t: too nervous, family responsibilities, can’t find a sponsor, can’t find the funds etc.
*have a way to come over: (British passport, ancestral visa, certificate of sponsorship) but can’t find a job that meets my needs or a place to live that I can afford and might like.
*am here or have come over, and it is/not working well as an independent carer, in a home or working with an agency, either as domiciliary or live in.
*running or investigating a care service yourself and would like to collaborate to learn from each other

Emigrating or working elsewhere is hard, emotionally, culturally and financially. Running a business is hard financially, ethically and viably. The more we can work together, the better business I can set up. I would like to become a sponsor but the costs are very high for a business, so I need to research well!

Writing is an art and one I relish, but editing and proofreading is a science and art. I loved my proofreading and editing course last year as I have always edited and proofread as part of my work.
Like most people, editing my own work is difficult. You know what you want to say, but somehow you cannot encapsulate it. After creating something, the proofreading is hard as you only read what you want to see.
This puts me in a great position to help others to clarify their message, craft it and then polish it.
The message is inside, l will help to birth it,

I have always bought the main stream basics, believing that the organic label would not make a difference, but it does- every little bit helps as we support nature🍀

Before I went to Portugal for June and July, I planted seeds- now I am home I can reap the rewards🍀While I delight in the germinating and flourishing, I need to get better at actual crops, repeatedly over a period of time🌹-that is going to be a challenge but luckily nature will assist me😊

I am a meat eater but the meat I get from a local butcher, while a little more expensive, has more flavour and therefore greater satiety- well worth it
