We had a fantastic day at Delgatie Castle receiving our Samurai awards for services to martial arts and to young people.

Thank you very much to Ronnie Watt and all who made the day so memorable and special.

Iโ€™m looking forward to getting back to training on Wednesday 14th January ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฅ‹

Hope everyone was safe in the snow โ„๏ธ

Canโ€™t believe itโ€™s going so quickly!

No karate on tonight (Sunday 11th January) โ˜น๏ธ

With the area still being covered in snow and ice and weather warnings I think itโ€™s best everyone stays home and stays safe โ„๏ธ

Weโ€™ll be back to normal on Wednesday ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฅ‹
