Dan Richardson is back for another Nutrition session!
This workshop is for swimmers in Development, Age Group and Performance squads, link will be sent out via email tomorrow. It would be great to see as many swimmers as possible log on for the workshop after the great feedback we got last year from REN attendees.

The team couldnโt have done it without you all!
The 2026 Mini League was parent volunteer led which was crucial to ensuring our young swimmers had the opportunity to take part in such a great event! We would love to have more people get involved, especially those who have young swimmers in our Foundation, Skills and Development squads. If you are interested please reach out.
Well done to not only our finalist team, but to every swimmer who took part through the 3 heat rounds to ensure the REN96 was represented in the A Final. This result is also thanks to your hard work through the season ๐
Apologies if anyone has been missed as the support this year has been epic!

We want to say a huge, massive thank you to our incredible army of volunteers this Volunteer Week! To our amazing STOs, committee members, team managers, poolside helpers, coaches, event staff, and everyone who gives their time to support, REN96 wouldnโt be what it is without you. We know how much of your own free time you give up to support our swimmers and give them the best opportunities, we appreciate it.
Thank you REN96 Volunteers ๐

May (and a little bit of April) round up rewind anyone? โฎ๏ธ
Our team have been busy these last few weeks. Some REN swimmers only 2 weeks after Scottish Age Groups concluded, decided they wanted more of the Aberdeen action. A mix of Senior Performance, Age Group and Development swimmers made the trip to the UOA Age Group Meet, getting more long course experience, and another shot at some summer meet qualifications.
Supported the whole weekend by coaches Calum and Lesley, our STO team, and the REN parent army in the spectating area. Thank you to everyone who made the trip to support the team!

The REN96 team were in Cumbernauld over the weekend taking part in the Summer Sprints meet. 41 swimmers across the weekend put in great performances, setting new personal best times and picking up medals to take home. Shout out to our youngsters who were racing for the first time this weekend, the first of many to come!
Big thank you to all our volunteer support across the weekend, whether supporting our team as team manager or technical official, our volunteer support is what gives our talented youngsters opportunities like this.
Thank you to coaches Laura and Heather for also supporting our team across the weekend.
Our 12 and under team are back soon with Mini League A final just around the corner!
