Join me for a beautiful afternoon of movement, wine and good company.
We’ll begin with a Pilates session blending classical and contemporary Pilates with elements of barre to leave you feeling stronger, longer and refreshed.
Then we’ll be joined by the wonderful Carol from Carol Brown, who’ll guide us through a handpicked wine tasting featuring beautiful wines perfect for the season ahead. Paired with delicious charcuterie and cheese boards, it’s the perfect way to spend an autumn afternoon.

My Contemporary Mat Pilates class is designed for real bodies and real life.
Expect a full body workout that builds strength, improves mobility, challenges your balance, and helps you move with more ease and confidence. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more connected to your body than when you arrived.
I know there are so many Pilates trends out there just now it’s difficult to know where to even begin or if you’ll “fit in” which is why this class is the perfect option - pay for one class or pay for a block to keep you consistent.
So if you’re new to Pilates or looking for a class that offers a little more challenge and flow, I would love to have you.

With Men’s Mental Health Month in mind, we would love to bring a beginner Pilates block for men to KORTA. Designed for those who have never given it a go, want to improve their performance on the court, or even just switch off and try something different.

NEW Saturday Pilates Class at KORTA.
Join Eve Elsby Fitness for our new class starting tomorrow and experience classic and contemporary Pilates inspired by the original teachings of Joseph Pilates.
